    Veteran is seeking transitional housing support primarily in Rockdale, Newton, DeKalb, or Gwinnett counties. Referrals from surrounding areas are welcome — contact us to ask about your area.

    Gather essentials

    Referrer contact, agency, veteran contact, county, current situation, urgency, and veteran consent to referral.

    Add helpful context

    Branch, discharge status if known, voluntary support needs, and optional documents (DD-214, referral letter).

    Submit the referral

    Use the referral form. Submitting does not guarantee placement — we review each inquiry carefully.

    Expected response time: to be confirmed — we acknowledge referrals as soon as we can. Status updates remain limited to protect privacy.
